Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an open-minded self-driven person with an interest in the Ad Tech space who enjoys building new partnerships, spotting revenue growth opportunities, and acting instead of waiting.

What you’ll do

  • Searching for new sales opportunities globally
  • Conducting product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts from the beginning to the moment when the client goes live
  • Working closely with our Customer Success team and managing all commercial aspects of an existing business
  • Establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor among the managed accounts
  • Understanding and assessing customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
  • Attending events to support building the MD Agency brand globally

What you have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Curiosity about technology
